Mr. Villamar presented at a seminar regarding the America Invents Act hosted by the IEEE at the George Mason University School of Law on October 19, 2012. The all day seminar was entitled “The America Invents Act: How the Legal Implications of the AIA Will Affect Best Business Practices – A Survival Manual,” and included Mr. Villamar’s presentation on “Patent Office Procedures, Oath & Declaration, User Fees, Prioritized Examination and International Filing Considerations – Adapting Prosecution Strategies to the AIA.”
